The name Wild Fish reflects our belief that not all seafood is equal. We are avid lifelong Florida sport fisherman and divers. We also operate commercial fishing boats and a wholesale fish company. Our seafood is always wild caught, and never "farm raised" and fed additives. We are very selective about the boats we purchase from, and how they handle fish. Whenever possible we purchase from local fisherman who operate short trip or "day boats." In most instances, we also know the area they were fishing. This same attention to detail is also evident in the selection of our steaks and sourcing of unique ingredients for our menu and wine list.
