Established in 2000, Jennys LunchBox was founded by husband and wife team, Jenny and Rico Dentici. The first Jennys LunchBox was opened in Tallahassee FL on January 20, 2000, and a second location followed in Tallahassee in September of 2004. Jennys LunchBox was awarded highest honors by Tallahassee Magazine and was named Best Breakfast Restaurant in Tallahassee three years in a row.
