Formed in late 2004, four partners formed Galler
Restaurant Group, LLC, with the idea that dning
should be an experience and the cornerstonr of
that experience should be great food. GRG’s first
concept, Burrito Gallery opened to massive Super
Bowl crowds in February of 2005 and has served
downtown with and electric, comfortable atmosphere,
cool drinks, and extraordinary food ever since.
