Executive Chef Neil Connolly is world renowned, winning culinary awards and praise around the globe, including gold medals in the 1988 culinary olympics, and has been honored as a distinguished visiting chef at Johnson and Wales University. Chef Connolly is in the distinguished visiting chef hall of fame which puts him in the company of Paul Bocuse, Jacques Pepin, Madeleine Kamman, and Emeril Lagasse, and served as the Kennedy Family's private chef for 11 years.
